Booking
- Do I need an appointment?
- Yes. Studio M Day Spa is appointment only. Book online any time, or call (904) 426-6038 during opening hours. Book online.
- How do I book an appointment?
- Book online any time, or call (904) 426-6038 during opening hours. Private events, VIP services, and exclusive after-hours experiences are available by special request.
- Do you take a deposit when I book?
- Yes. Booking online holds your appointment with a deposit of half the service price, paid when you schedule. The rest is paid at the spa.
- What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
- Since all services are reserved for you, we do require you to contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to cancel or change the time to avoid losing the deposit that was paid at the time of scheduling. Call (904) 426-6038.
- What happens if I arrive late or miss my appointment?
- Due to scheduling, should you arrive late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee you will receive your full service time and will not be able to extend your service time. You will be required to pay the full value of the services that was booked.
- Do you sell gift cards?
- Yes. Gift cards are available online.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- Credit and debit cards and mobile pay (tap to pay) are accepted.

- What is a head spa?
- At Studio M Day Spa, our head spa is a deeply soothing scalp‑care ritual that blends relaxation with therapeutic benefits. Warm water, gentle exfoliation, and nourishing treatments are paired with slow, intentional massage techniques that melt away tension and boost circulation. The experience includes a luxurious shampoo ritual, aromatherapy, and calming neck and shoulder work that leaves you feeling refreshed from head to toe. At Studio M it is 50 min for $115. - Do you offer couples massage?
- Yes. Couples massage is part of Double Serenity ($425), Bestie Break ($250) and Studio M Signature Spa Day ($815), on our Harmony for Two menu: two people, side by side, and every price covers both of you. See the Harmony for Two menu.
- Do you offer prenatal massage?
- Yes. Prenatal & Postnatal Massage is 60 min for $105 or 90 min for $155. Please tell us you are pregnant when you book. We are unable to provide massage services to any female who is still in the first trimester. See Massage Therapy.
Before you arrive
- What should I expect on my first visit?
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that any necessary forms may be completed and services can start on time. We recommend wearing loose comfortable clothing and shoes. We will supply spa robes if you have more than one service. Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries or pregnancy when you book, so your treatment can be planned around them.

- We recommend wearing loose comfortable clothing and shoes. We will supply spa robes if you have more than one service.
- Should I bring jewelry or valuables?
- We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles. We recommend that you do not wear jewelry or bring any other items of value.
- Can I bring my children?
- To maintain a calm and quiet environment, we kindly ask that children not accompany you.
- I am pregnant, or I have a medical condition. Can I still book?
- Please inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy. Certain services may not be suitable for all guests, and we reserve the right to modify or decline services for safety reasons. We are unable to provide massage services to any female who is still in the first trimester.
At the spa
- Is gratuity included?
- We appreciate the opportunity to serve you. A gratuity of 18%–20% of your service value is customary and may be added to your credit card or provided in cash to your service professional.
- Can I use my phone in the spa?
- To maintain a peaceful environment, we ask that mobile phones be silenced and voices kept at a respectful level while in the spa.
- What if I am not happy with my service?
- To ensure your satisfaction, it is important for you to communicate your concerns and/or desires with your service provider. We do not issue refunds after services have been rendered. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, please ask to speak with a manager or the owner prior to leaving the spa. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to end the service. You will be required to pay for services rendered up to the service ending.

- Is the spa wheelchair accessible?
- Yes. Wheelchair accessible entrance, parking and restroom, plus a gender-neutral restroom.
- What areas do you serve?
- Our spa is in Orange Park, on Park Avenue (US-17), within about 12 miles of Fleming Island, Middleburg, Oakleaf Plantation, Green Cove Springs and Jacksonville’s Westside.
